RealProducer, an audio/video encoder (free) from Real Networks, running
under XP takes an aborting CTRL/C to mean save the file encoded so far

I have been getting blue screen error stop 0x000007E
(0xc000005,0x805C607B,0xF789E1E8,0x789DEE4). Can anyone tell me what this
error is and how to fix it. It seems to happen anytime it wishes. Usually
after shutting AOL 9.0VR down, but not always. I am running XP home sp2.

When I boot up Windows XP Pro and leave the room for a few minutes, when I
return to my computer it is locked up. However, if I sit and watch the boot

I did an in WinXP reinstall (installed over a previous install), then
a repair by booting from the WinXP CD, both necessitated by hardware
problems. Perhaps I didn't go about it the right way, but now I have
under D:\Documents and Settings (D: is the boot/Windows drive):

I installed XP Professional on my son's laptop...new install on a new hard

I'm trying to burn a dvd here and I have a question.  I have never tried to
play or use a dvd in the drive but it says it's a DVD+RW/DVD-RW.  It's a
TSSTcorp CD/DVDW TS-H552B.  So I put the dvd in the drive and it spins up.  
It takes a little bit longer than a cd but not much.  ...

XPsp2 fully updated and malware free (presumably) all of a sudden
