How Can I insert arabic and hebrew language for Windows XP Pro Italian ?

I can right click on All Programs and choose open or open All Users.  It will
open an Explorer window.
However doing so to the folders in the All Programs menu will result in
nothing.  There is nothing in the event view either.

I keep getting strange Emails,most are non repliable.They are worded
strange!........I will attach 2 I have just received.Any help much

I am having a problem with my Pqi 1GB thumbdrive.  I haven't used it in a
while, but when I tried to plug it into my desktop, it's not recognized.  I
can see that it's there, but it shows zero space used, zero space available.  
Autoplay scans it, but then it suddenly stops.  ...

I cant seem to get my internet to show the correct graphics. It wont show any
colors or special fonts. Ive tried to change all of this but im stumped. Can

after having messages that the existing hard drive is running out of space my
friend installed an extra hard drive to his computer, he's using xp pro. He
tried to boot the computer up and it would not. Thinking he had made some
mistake installing it he took the exra hard drive ...

I built a compter from scratch which works great. My question is, when I turn
the computer on before I get to windows boot screen I have to press F1 to
continue after which it will boot as normal. I'm sure it has something to do
with a bios setting but any ideas? I use XP Home ...

I boot my computer and everything is cool until i get to a screen that says
that windows has failed to load and it asks me to select from a few options.  
It won't load in any of the safe modes.  When i select safe mode, a bunch of

I find this odd...by sure lack of intellience i would like to see if anyone
has an idea....about four days ago my pc and odd times would have a chirp
