How do I permanently turn off the menu that pops up every time I put in a CD
or DVD, which asks me what program I want to use for the disk?

I cant seem to install a printer on my XP. after running the installation CD,
It says that I must get out of safe mode but its not in safe mode.
What can I do to install.

I accidently deleted a file off my desktop as well as from the Recyle Bin.  
Is there anyway that I can get the file back?

I'm in dispute with someone about viruses.
It is my belief that if I download a zipped file which contains a virus and
open this file then
my system would most likely become infected.
