I am trying to install msicuu2.exe (Windows Installer Clean Up).  When
I launch it I get the following error:

I noticed that when I open windows explorer and select File drop down menu
that the 1st entry is a new weird icon (looks like an egg) that says New
folder. If I select it it creates a folder with an animal name. This icon
appears 1st, just before the windows explorer New entry ...

I used 'Find next' in Regedit to search for Symantec Registry entries
but it seems to miss RH pane entries that have Symantec as part of the
path,viz, My
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\VirtualDeviceDrivers

Is there a way to get access to an account password without changing it in
any way?
