I just discovered that in my kids limited account they can go to start>all
programs and run any uninstallers that might be there. Seems they can also
run other programs I wouldn't appreciate such as Quicken. This could be
disastrous.

When I attempt to reboot (start | turn off computer | turn off or restart)
nothing happens.  If I turn the computer off with the button on the computer
it restarts without any problems.  This started several days ago and I
cannot remember any unusual event occurring at the time.  ...

I have been trying to figure out why a certain user can't use adobe.  I can
