Immediately above the start button is the list of programs that are one
the PC.  Even after you tell it to sort the names into alphabetical
order there is always several that always  below & aren't in
alphabetical order like Windows Media Player & Adobe Photo shop

I have recently ran Avg7.5 and it found that shared32.dll came up i the
results section, I think this is a protected file, but it says change. so I'm
not sure what to do I try running some programs i googled to try and fix
this, ie. regrac, regcleaner, but they all dont work. how ...

XP Freezes and has to be restarted when a program is run.
The mouse and keyboard stop functioning, the screen freezes and cpu has to
be rebooted. After restarting disk check scans computer for errors and
reloads.

Hi, i have a problem opening the C drive in windows XP. I enter into my
computer. then, when i double click on C or D drive, a window shows up
saying: "Open with...." it shows a list of programs but, i can't click on
where it says "always use this program to open".

About two weeks ago I started getting the BAD_POOL_CALLER blue screen when I
tried to open Adobe Photoshop Album ( but I have not tried all my other
programmes to determine whether this issue is restricted to this programme)
