when i double click my folders in my disk, my computer responses very
slowly,even the folder is empty, when i click the toolbar button "up"

My Task Scheduler Service under Windows XP Professional SP2 for the

Hi everyone, anyone.
My problem is that when I right click on a file that contains more that one
topic, I get an "error in registry ian" message that then says "unable to
find Main executable".  Then I have to click ok twice before I can open it.  

This is a new install on a 10GB partition.  I wiped the old installation and
was going to start fresh.  The freeze occurs after the first reboot on the
Windows XP load screen.  It freezes up completely.  I have tried it again
with no success.  Very confused here, never had this ...

why do some users lose there user profile and icons in windows XP, and have
to do a restore to the PC before the user can use there profile again. we
