Hello got problems.
Ive just repaired windows XP Home SP2 from a black screen with just the
curser working, then i had annoying blank pop up internet explorer windows
(only 2) which freezes IE when i try and click on my favorites and links, now

I have several references to two different IP addresses in my trusted sites
and I did not put them there and I can't remove them. How can I remove them.

I have looked for many ways to repair the ICS service with no success. My
re-install disk for XP SP2 didn't even come with an install key, so a repair
is out ofthe question. I did, however, run the D:\windows\winnt32.exe
/unattend program, but I'm still getting the "1075 error ...

Upon start up, all the monitor shows is "www.DELL.com". It will not go any
further, so I can not try to open in a safe mode. In reading prior posts, I
