I HAVE TRIED BOOTING THE WINDOWS FROM CD , BUT IT STOPS IN THE SAME PLACE. EVEN THE SAFE MODE WITH SAME RESULTS MY DELL INSPIRON 8600 KEEPS GETTING STUCK RIGHT BEFORE THE LOG IN SCREEN , IT IS BLUE SCREEN , I RAN THE F12 DIAGNOSTICS AND GOT THIS MESSAGE BLOW:
