Running Win XP Home ed. This is something new to me--- When I insert a program disk or a cd-RW disk in the CD rom drive it restarts Windows.

I noticed in explorer some files with strange names like 8a0ebdc4360b395333f26e. Do you know just what this file is & can I safely delete it & others which have similar strange numbers. I'm guessing that its an update that possibly was aborted or something like
