I'm having a terrible time figuring out my problem of over a month.
I've been everywhere and read everything I was directed to read, but I can't
figure it all out and it's beginning to just confuse me the more I read and
try what's suggested.

Norton Antivirus found a virus and did it's job , it deleted it . After that
every time  my pc boots up n comes on to desktop, it opens an alert window
which says "windows cannot find c:\windows\config\csrss.exe ...
