Often when you alter a file association not only does that program open
it in the future it also alters the icon that goes with it.  I have
files that have been altered by changing the file association but the
icon hasn't changed.  How do I change the icon?

I am running XP Professional and trying to use the msconfig utility to do
some diagnostics. When I press OK after making changes in msconfig I get the
