I get an "Error saving web page" message when trying to save a web page. The web page saved correctly for a long period of time, and then all of a sudden that message started appearing. Has anybody out there experienced the same problem with XP Home?

After installing the .NET Framework 2.0 & 3.0 update, I am now missing the entire Games folder and many items from the Accessories folder - most notably the Character Map. System is XP Home 2002 SP2 running antivirus, spyware, windows defender, etc.
