Today I noticed that when I open My Computer the title "Local Disk (C)" is in a blue font instead of black When I open the C drive some folder titles are blue and others are black Other than that everything seems to be okay. Does anyone how to correct this?

i have no idea where to put this, so its here. i have a dos file name that for some reason never changed back to the origional file name. is there a program that will change the dos shorthand name to the origional name?

I keep losing internet connectivity. When I run diagnostics, it says I have a winsock catalog error and asks me if I want to repair winsock. I do and I have to reboot and when it comes back up I keep connectivity for about twennty miutes and lose it again. Any great ideas?

About one Mo. ago my system started using the hard drive all the time unless i run in safe mode. I have run McAfee, Symantec and Trend Micro scan programs. They don't help. What else can I do. My Specifications are.
