It appears that many of my programs/applications do not appear for ALL
PROGRAMS. (Windows XP with SP II) For example, I wouldn't know about some
programs that I have were the programs not on my desktop. I want top clean

When I attempt to do a System restore I get the message that System Restore
has encountered a problem and needs to close with the following;
