In control panel->add/remove programs, only a handful of programs are listed where there should be dozens. Also, the few that are listed no longer have the option to either change or remove them. It just shows the size and when they were last used.

Somehow, one day I created wide spacing while trying to save a document. I cannot seem to get normal spacing back and am wondering if anyone can tell me how to get the normal spacing back. This problem only occurs with one document.

It takes 10 minutes to boot up my system. An IBM 2.8 Ghz with 1 GB ram. After it boots it takes another 4 minutes to log in and use my computer. The performance of the CPU runs from 80% to 100%. I have installed McAfee

when i run avg 7.5, shell32.dll came up and it says change. I know that shell32.dll is a important item used in launching web browsers and starting up programs.. But it says its like needed to be changed.. how can i fix this? has it gone corrupt or something?
