I'm not sure when this started, but when I click on Start/Help and Support,
it starts to try to load, but then quits with no error message.  I have
Windows XP Pro, Service Pack 2.

I have Widowns XP and Internet Explorer 7.  When I first start my computer I
can log on to the internet.  However, after I leave the computer on for a

If I plug in a new drive which already has data on it (formatted NTFS)
and use Disk Manager to partition it and to format it as NTFS, will it
lose its data? Is formatting just telling XP that the drive is  NTFS
or is it actually writing to the drive?

I want to create a slipstream disc. On this disc I want my Windows XP Pro
