I get this error on both mine and my wife's systems. Happens during a simple COPY/PASTE routine. We get this error code copying anything into WORD. Both systems have more than enough "resources" available.

I received a used computer from a friend that was used in an office. I changed the desktop background to one that I wanted but every time I restart the computer it reverts back to the same blue background. Is there any way to keep it from doing this?
