I had tried to install an Antivirus program and now Ctrl+ALT+DEL is will not do anything. I tried to right click on the taskbar, and the Task Manager is "grayed out" and I cannot open it. I tried to go to Start, Run, and type regedit and press OK.

Had a virus on a notebook with XP Home on it. It somehow changed the account privileges without changing the status in the Control Panel-
