For some reason everything on the screen including the desktop is now in a
horizonal format instead of a vertical one. I have to turn my head sideways
to read, scroll etc. What can Ido to correct or get it back to original look.

Problem is I only see Set Program Access and Defaults under my add/remove
program in control panel.
The second issue is my automatic update for Windows is broken!  I will click
