Is there a way to add items to the main menu in XP? For instance, I have "My

Okay, I'm not the most computer-literate person around:  my work computer
often tells me in a pop-up that it's automatically increasing the virtual
memory.  Does this mean that I have to buy more memory and install it before
it gives up the ghost?

For some strange reason the computer keep restarting by itself. I do not have
anything running nor was i even using it at the time. I do not have automatic
updates set to fully automatic, so it should install updates by itself, hence
restarting on its own.

Since I installed XP Professional (previously I had Windows 2000) I lost the
possibility to put on the desktop diagrams (eg oil price) and to synchronize
it ie every minute. Is there some possibility to have this option or I must
reinstall Windows 2000?

If I disable the WIFI card from the device manager, is it truly off?

I uploaded a picture to a forum and the recipients replied that a virus was
embedded in it .I have carried out full scans of my computer with three
different systems .Also I have tried sending the picure to myself and then
scanning it and still cannot reproduce the complaints

If I buy a used PC (a Compaq if it matters) from Goodwill that has had the drive wiped
clean but still has the COA sticker on the case can I install XP and use that COA
