Last week, the computer kept rebooting over and over, so I brought it in, and they said the hard drive crashed. They thought that possibly it could be clone/copied/ghost, but no. Everything is on it, and I can't unlock it.

it seems that i cannot do any updates with norton. after speaking to them they are saying it's a problem with microsoft. any suggestions. this is causing me to get logged off of some sites automatically when i try to sign in. i also cannot do any virus updates with norton.
