Every time I start my computer, it starts with a window open.  The window is
c:\Program Files\Common with a bin folder in it.
There is nothing in my startup folder and I looked in the registry and
couldnt find anything that would do this.

When I try to start the Windows Firewall, I get an error message tha
says "Could not start the Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharin
(ICS) service on Local Computer.  Error 2: The system cannot find th
file specified."
