MsMpEng is really sucking up the CPU cycles for quite a while after startup.  
Now, it's down to 0 cycles, per Windows Task Manager, but it was staying at
about 50% on my dual core processor for a long time.

My Dell computer and printer are very mad at me, I used a refill cartridge
and they will recognize the refill.  It tells me the tank is empty, but i
know better.  I can hit the keep printing button but it would be helpful if

I switch between accounts fairly often.  But for on account often after
I log on the background desktop shows up then the computer goes to the
login screen again.  Always after I log in the second time things are fine.

Bug.  Since then I have not been able to "shutdown".  I can "hibernate".
