I did nothing between yesterday and today, but now my main LIVE ID password
is no longer valid. I only asks me one challenge question, which I forgot the
answer to. Is there some way to get another challenge question?

I know this is minor considering some of the problems others have

I have a Dell Inspiron notebook.  The motheroard failed, and Dell replaced it.
That caused the power alarm to stop working.
It just goes till the battery is 100% dead, sounds the alarm and shuts the
computer down immediately.  There is no warning.

With IE7 when navigating the "Add to Favorites / Create In" folder
tree the folders are, by default, expanded. Is there a way to change
the default to collapsed or designate a level?

WinXP Pro+SP3+IE7 installed.  Belarc Advisor shows an error against KB
929969 and advises to reinstall.  I have downloaded KB 929969 from MS but
when I run the file I receive a message "The version of windows installed
does not match the update you are trying to install"

My problem is with the automatic windows update setting.  After dealing with
adware, spyware and virus problems my windows update is stuck on disable.  
We've manually tried and also tried from the MS website but it still clicks
back to disable.  I brought the computer to a tech ...
