Here's the issue:
I had someone come from Cox Tech Services and clean off my hard drives and

This may not be the proper forum to seek assistance for problems with

At C:\Documents and Settings\All Users there is a file call documentos .
every time I try to access there is a message of denied access, and if I try
to delete it there is a message “Documentos is a windows system file it can
not be delete”.

One month ago I created a full backup of my entire hard drive. Quite
recently I had to reformat, so I reinstalled windows xp then restored

After installing SP3 I have lost all sound. I have checked various message

Hello, I was hit with a virus through MSN messenger about a month ago and

I was removing some adware and some how removed this file. i now have a error
code when I start Explore that this file is missing.

I have found on several client (32bit - XP pro ITA) recently updated with
SP3 a bug on windows firewall.
If I add the port 135 TCP on the exception, the exception added disappears
from the list of exceptions after pressing OK.

I think I lost my associations with HTML/URL links. When I open *.url files,
nothing happens (when in the past it would open the URL inside the file).
When trying to load websites (from links) then I get an error popup message
that says:
