Finalized a catalog at home in CT -- client has urgent beyond-final-minute

I've been having trouble with my XP sp2 laptop lately
so I decided to look at the software loaded in the Reg Edit
area.  I came up with the following and don't know what
they refer to or how they got there.  I didn't install them.

Microsoft Update on my desktop PC offered me XP SP3 so I installed it.
Then I went to my old laptop, an IBM T30, but Microsoft Update didn't
offer SP3.
Is there a way to find out why this might be? If there's a good reason

Recently I have a complete system recovery performed due to bad problems.
I saved OE6 store folder backup before system recovery.
I now have new set of OE6 running and trying to import all older messages

I have WinXP Professional 5.2.2600 SP2 Build 2600
with IE 7.0.5730.11IC (both according to "System Information").
I open a shortcut folder which contains 13 files,
all of which were FTP'd from a Unix box,

This just recently started happening .... when I open up a new internet
explorer site, any othr one that is open, is automatically closed ... a bit
frustrating. Not sure what happened and why it is happening. This following
sequence.....Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet ...

the user was deleted but it was the primary user and now i cant lo

About 20 percent of my harddrive is occupies with svchost.exe.Numbers.hdmp
files.  They are located in c:\windows\pchealth\ErrorRep\UserDumps.  They
appear to be old reports on irregular shuttdown.  Is it okay to delete these
files?

Whenever I start my pc i get the following message:-
sttray.exe - Entry Point Not Found.  The procedure entry point
LocalizeString could not be located in the dynamic link library STLang.dll.
Any suggestions please?
