I had downloaded SP3 off of softpedia the first day that is was release by microsoft and have since installed in on 4 windows systems. Did they change it much?? Should I uninstall and reinstall the re-release. thanks,

I'm running XP 64bit. Since some time my computer has processes hanging which cannot be killed. I cannot reboot or log out since the process cannot be killed.

When I need to attach a file in OE and open the appropriate folder, the view is always thumbnail or icon view. Is there a setting somewhere that will make the folders always open in detail view, which I always use? Thx. Tom

Ok...I have no clue what is going on here - I have a website at http://www.passionfortruth.com - we just sent out a e-newsletter and found out that some computers none of the links are working??!! I usually run Firefox - but I've also opened up IE and the links work fine

Installed Service Pack 3 last night. Went fine up to the point that it tries to reboot. Won't boot normal, won't boot "last known good configuration", won't boot safe mode (stops on Mup.sys), won't boot no way. Lovely. Time to give Windows the boot, I guess.

I manage a small windows 2000 domain with a mix of win2k and xpsp2 machines. Starting around the begining of april the xp machines lost the search function, the msi installer would not run and hyperlinks in email messagesdid nothing amongst other things.

My problem started right after I installed the Catalyst and driver suite for my Radeon 9600. Unfortunately, I don't remember the version number, but it was right before the most recent driver, which I have also downloaded in the hope it would fix the problem.
