For some reason, the image i use for my desktop's background keeps
disappearing. It will be okay for days and then i'll be gone to lunch and
when i come back it has disappeared and i have to go and reset the properties
tab to get it back. Is there some reason it might be doing ...

Backstory:
I'm a professional developer. I was in need of a firebug-like tool for IE

When I view My documents folder and select view thumbnails all my text
disappears.  I see the thumbnails but none of my folders are labeled with
text nor

CD burner is the same as when I bought it. I confirmed that the CD burner is
set to allow recording, and that IMAPI is set to automatic.

The SP3 update just installed and now the laptop continuously reboots. It
will startup correctly if I take the wireless internet card out, but as soon
as I put it back in I get a blue screen error message saying the windows has
been shut down DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
