I have the system restore turned on.  The space I've allowed for storage is
3% or 1075 MB.
But System Restore is only keeping one restore point.  When it creates
another automatically, it deletes the previous restore point, so

Hello all.  I have Windows XP Professional and I am going nuts.  All was
fine until I could not connect to the Internet.  After ruling out my
connection (that works fine), I played around and thought my WINSOCK
file was corrupted.

I empty the Recycle Bin several times a day so it should be empty or nearly
so but often when I check it before deleting additional files I find it is
loaded with files that were previously deleted. How Can I stop this?
