Hi - I have just installed a new PC and have one other PC and a lap
top.
No firwalls, not even windows firewall.
I can ping each PC but can't see/connect to their HDD's.

For some reason when I was working today my icons on the desktop suddenly
dissappeared from thin air.  Nothing works except for when I press control

I uninstalled the old Windows Messenger off my computer by way of the 'add
remove windows components' and another method.  Windows Messenger is still
in the  Services program.  Is there a way to get it completely off?

ISSUE: WHEN STARTING WINDOWS, A COMMAND SCREEN POPS UP FROM THE SYSTEM 32
FOLDER "cscript.exe."  I CHECKED AUTORUN AND DON'T SEE IT ANYWHERE.  IT
CLOSES ON ITS OWN AND DOES NOT INTERFERE WITH THE SYSTEM.  DOES ANYONE KNOW
