avi clips that I include in a movie have squaking audio playback. It sounds as if the 10 second avi clips audio is compressed into the first 4 seconds. Anyone experience this "feature"? Can it be overcome?

I don't have one, but can you capture video from analog sources to a DV Camcorder to the PC, thus eliminating the need for a capture card? Is it good quality capture?

I purchaced the Sony DCR-IP210E/IP220E. The software that was bundled with it is called movieshaker. Frankly this softwave is turd.Nothing else supports the"MMV2 format I wonder is anyone know more about this?
