I am upgrading my AGP video card, what is the proper
procedure? Do i uninstall my current video card driver
then shut down my system, install the new card, turn my
computer on and then install the drivers from the cd? Do

I recently upgraded to Windows XP and tried to change the
screen resolution to greater than the 800x600 res.  When I
did so, it went to a fuzzy gray screen.  When loading
windows, all I get now is the gray screen.

Every time I try to listen to an audio event from a website like a company
conference call windows media player opens but then a window pops up and
says "windows media player has encountered a problem and needs to close".
Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it. ...

My Windows Media player will sometimes play the .avi files
at half speed with both the video and the audio. Also, my
Ulead VideoStudio 6 will crash when i want to stop viewing
an .avi file with in the program... plaese help...

I need to get my laptop to display only on an external monitor.  I select
CRT only in BIOS (it has LCD only, CRT only or BOTH settings).  This works
fine until XP boots at which point XP overrides the BIOS setting and turns
on the LCD and shuts off the CRT.
