I re installed XP, now the OS does not see my video card at all, I can't install the driver from the CD or do it manuely, but the card is working because it shows up on boot, what can I Do?

I receive "Video Error" when I want to see LIVE TV. It say drivers may be corrupt. I reboot, same thing. I reinstall XP Media Center, same thing. My pictures works fine, just the cable TV won't work.
