One of my software applications has all of its tutorials in Quicktime.  Does
anyone know how I can play them without replacing my default Windows Media
Player with Quicktime?  i.e.: Keep Media Player but play these tutorials in
Quicktime.

I have a program that emits ANSI.SYS control sequences to highlight
parts of its text output in certain colors. As you know, cmd.exe
doesn't honor those sequences even if ANSI.SYS is installed.

I am looking to remove some clips from my AVI files (Created by digital
dump using Windows Movie Maker). I also want to remove audio in some

Whenever i try opening some of my movie files(avi,mpg,wmv), Windows Media
Player hangs and the movie it was playing freezes after about 1 second of
