video clips to a +(plus) DVD, went OK (one came with my burner), but my son

I amusing an ATI All-in-Wonder 128 rage Video Card with
the newest driver from ATI.

This one has me stumped,i had a new mother board and cpu installed,and of
course a fresh install of windows,did all my updates for windows,video,sound
etc,but am unable to play WoW says i dont have the proper drivers to access
Direct3D did the dxdiag and this is what is says.

dvd player i also have the same freezing when playing
some games . my graphic card is Geforce4 MX 440 64. os

My Sony laptop is supposed to play videos, but when I try to play one, it
tells me there is no disc inserted.
It plays music fine, but will not recognize  a movie video.
