WHY?  It worked not a few months ago, I can't think of any changes made to

This may be a ridiculous question but does a PCI Express video card fit in a
normal PCI slot?  If it does and I think I'm having trouble with the video

I am tring to use my windows movie maker to edit our home movies and it says
that i dont have a video capture device   but when i go into my device
manager it list that i have a Legacy Video Capture Device and that it is

Running XP. Made a movie using MS movie maker and clicked save on CD and the
error "a recordable CD drive was not detected"  I have tried a CD-R in the RW
drive and a CD-RW blank disc out of the case. Can't figure.  Does anybody
know what is causing this error?

I'm trying to figure out why the new 3.2GHz P4 Dell with 1GB RAM and an ATI
PCI-Express video card with 128MB RAM can't play mpg1 files without
stuttering/choppiness.  My old 2.8GHz P4 with an ATI AGP Radeon 9200 plays
the files just fine.  Mpg1 is the oldest, lowest res movie file ...

made movie.  Got it in the mail, but don't know how to copy it for ourselves
and then send back the original.  Plz help!
