Just started using MM2.1, and everthing seemed fine, until I had to replace
my motherboard.
Now when I try to capture video the perview screen is blank, and on
completion of the capture I see an error "Video was not captured correctly.

i have a canon zr65mc and i own a firewire etc. and i have everything hooked
up properly and windows video maker ready to go but when i click on capture
movie it doesnt detect my camera ive tried everything to get it to work but
it doesnt and i have everything hooked up properly ...

When I load some 3.1 MP. images from my camera, I load them onto my computer,
but then when I play my movie, the you can clearly see the pixels. Can I
change this?

I've got a video clip with some audio I'd like to use in
movie maker.  I don't want to include the video though.  
How do I split them?

What is the problem and should i rectify it. I am not able to play the video
file. It has the sound, but no picture appears on the screen.

I have a JVC GR-D72 that came with ImageMixer software that I find very
difficult to use.  I have a Dell Computer (Dimension 4600) that has Dell
Media Experience on it, but can't get it to open.  Assuming there is other

How do I compress a video file from its original state to something smaller
that can be emailed or transferred vie MSN Messenger? Is there a conversion
program or a Zip program that will do the job?

When ever I look at a folder that contains pictures and a video mpeg (both
taken from a digital camera) whenever the pictures files are on screen it
works fine, however as soon a the video files scroll on screen windows
explorer crashes.

My camcorder can take still photos (press the "Photo" button, it
captures a single frame and writes 10 seconds of it onto tape).
Any idea how I can convert that into a .jpg?
