Hi. I was hoping that someone could help. I am currently
making a slideshow movie to be played at my wedding. The
movie is completed, but when I save it to my computer, the
images stop scrolling through, yet the music continues

when i try to capture  a/v from my hi8 analogue, via advc100 and firewire?
sorry new to all this, press record and play the tape in the camera, the
monitor  is black and no sound.  dell d800   1.8g    512 mem.   probably
something v simple, but i havn't ticked the monitor off box

I recently went Uptown from Win98se to Windows XP Home.
I don't remember what video display options I had before the upgrade but, I
do know now I have less and none are as satisfactory as before.

Is there a way to encode a movie because I edited a video and saved it as a
windows movie maker file or whatever and I want to put it on a powerpoint

xp asks for "usbstor.sys" to run or download video from a video camera. ever
since the install of service pack sp.2  xp cannot automaticaly find drivers.
also I can not restore to undo changes. why is there no source to download
drivers that should be in windows xp?

I've had my computer for awhile and I've been able to watch dvds just fine.
But recently my computer does not even read a dvd when i put it in. I've
tried restarting the computer. I've used a few different dvds and I've also

but when the edited new movie which now includes still photos is saved back

In the Display properties on my XP Pro machine it shows the Monitor as being
a Plug And Play Monitor.
How do I define it as the Dell D828L monitor that it actually is?  I've
