DVDs are not being read in my windows xp, pentium 4 pc with 128 mb ram using a samsung combo drive.i have power dvd software,. but it doesn't solve this problem how can i correct this? pls help.......

when i go to watch tv on my laptop it says video error files needed to display are missing or corrupt, I can watch dvd's and everything else works. where can i find these files that are missing or corrupt and download them???????or is there another issue i am unaware of??? help ...

I am at the end of my tether. When I bought my computer it had 512MB RAM and a Radeon 9200 graphics card which I ahve upgraded recently due to m computer telling me that it is not compatible with Windows Media Centre.
