All of a sudden I experienced troubles with playing/converting some video
clips.
"Sherlock - the Codec Detective" shows that my Microsoft MPEG-4 Video

When I pull up "My Computer" I don't see my CD-ROM or DVD displayed.
When I go to Device Manager there is a yellow dot with a black
