I have a DVD player that supports WMV format. I tried different DVD creating software (namely the adobe and sony one) but all of them seem to convert my video files to MPEG-2. This is lenghty process and since my DVD player can already play WMV it's probably unnecessary too. ...

I have a Matrox video board that enables me to feed an analog video signal to my PC and acquire sequences from VCR, cam etc....the video acquiisition software (ie microsoft movie maker or adobe) only display a rather small control monitor.

I can't get my TV out to work I have everything hooked up S-Video to my TV but I can't turn on the S-Video. I have an ATI Mobility Radeon 9700. I want to play movies on my Laptop through my TV. Please Advise. Thanks

I have Windows Media Player 10 and can play all the files except for .avi files. Whenever I try to play the files I don't get a picture I just get the sound. I looked up the problem on the microsoft.com site and it says to do this

I am able to play videos on other websites it plays , but for this particular website.. http://www.stupidvideos.com/ I am able to hear sound when I play the video , but the video does not appear.( just black /blank , with audio playing)
