Help, my computer is spontaneously rebooting when running the TV tuner. It reboots and sends me to MS where it says it's a driver problem. When I load the tuner, sometimes it says DMA isn't working for the hard drive. It hangs for 2-5 minutes before loading, even then it doesn't

i downloaded the latest media player available but still could not run some *.wmv &*.avi file. some codec are not beng able to download i changed the preferences of my computer and allowed the necessary components to be downloaded still this probles persists
