I love Windows Movie Maker, and I have made several movies with it.  But now
I want to burn those movies onto DVDs to send to family, so they can play on
a regular DVD player.  I have a DVD burner drive of course, but after looking
into software, they all seem to be around $80 + ...

when i import a audio file (song) it streches it to a stupid length, eg real
time 3:30 mins to 11:30 mins, but the song doesnt seem slow or fast it seems
to be playing normally, but its streched somehow, can anyone help?

Hi I am pretty much clueless on how to Burn anything, I just bought a
Metal Gear Sony Portable 16x dvd burner external usb2.0, when I tried
to burn a CD everything worked fine, however when I tried to burn a DVD
(first time) it would give me a message that the CD in drive is either

Hello, I had VOB.IFO files (from my SONY DVD Camcorder) which I converted
using Nero to MP4. I don't think I had an option to chose any other format.
Now I can't import the files into moviemaker. Any suggestions? Do I need

Can someone please tell me if I need to have Direct X installed on my
Win XP pc to capture video from my JVC camcorder. My pc will not
recognise the camera. I am using a firewire cable. Firewire card shows

Hi lately the computer has been unable to redognise dvd and cd RW disc
reading them as read only. As well as that the actual drive itself won
respond to opening and needs the computer to be shut down before it wil
open the drawer.

My computer will not read a DVD disk.  In both Explorer and Media
Player when I load a DVD into the D drive it simply says "please insert
a disk into Drive D"  Things I have done:
1.  Went to weveral restore points when I know it worked previously
