How do I in WMM rotate the view of a clip from landscape to portrait?

Can I put like a gif. picture in like say, in the middle of a scene? I saw
this one video that these people had an explosion gif. picture in the scene
and not like in a seperate scene. So I'm just wondering if Windows Movie

I hear you all talking about Nero. I downloaded a video file and wanted to
burn it onto a disc. I did it eventually but it didn't work on any dvd player

I have been trying to burn a DVD on my DVD+R cd. That is not the problem.
I am using Sonic DigitalMedia to burn my CD. When I open the program it
