I erased some registry values using Nero's DriverCleanTool and now my
CD/DVD write drive doesn't work anymore. It has power and the drive
opens and closes but my computer is not recognising the drive.
How do I fix this problem without having to reinstall Windows XP? I

Ok I have Windows XP SP2 and when ever I boot my PC with my AGP ATI Radeon
X800 I get graphical Artifact Errors.. and halts on my PC.. but when I take
the card out and just leave the Onboard card it works.. Well thing is the
Video Card works perfectly on SP1.. If anyone can help ...

I have recently reformatted my pc. Ever since then WMP10 has taken 15+
seconds to load up ANY video.
It was instant before the reformat (if I remember correctly) if WMP was open.
I recently upgraded to WMP11Beta and am still having the same problem.

So I play warcraft3 adn a game called lineage2, when a lot of conten
comes into play it really slows down and gets really choppy, almos

I have a number of large (just over 2GB) MPEG-2 video files (captures from a
digital TV tuner card). When I select them in Windows Explorer, XP loads the
entire file into memory. Needless to say, the operation slows the PC down to

I have MPEG files and JPEG files from a digital camera in my computer.It is

Suddenly I found all my media players (Windows media player , RealPlayer )

I have recently been attempting to extract video off my panasonic
camcorder and after attempting USB (terrible quality) I installed a
firewire card onto my machine. It installed and was recognised
successfully.
