I purchased the Cineplayer DVD Decoder Pack 2.3.1 - ESD online a week ago. As
of yet, I have received no backup CD as promised, and my computer doesn't
even recognize that I have it installed after downloading. It's not in my
"All Programs" list, and I get absolutely no support ...

I have Creatives Digital vcr and I have recorded analog tapes with it .It
supposedly has a a stand alone converter but I mhave never been able to
import those converted files any where else .I would like to import them into

Hi. My question is not as stupid as it seems to be in the subject don't
worry. I was just wondering if there's a way to burn my 700MB DVD-RIP
movies to a DVD5 CD (4.7GB) and then being able to play them in a TV

I have been burning avi files using DVDSanta without any problems until
recently.  I suddenly kept getting a message saying DVDSanta had
encountered a problem and had to close.  I then tried other software
which I had previously used successfully (eg Nero and WinAVI) but I

I am trying to use my PC to watch a DVD, but use my TV as a monitor. My PC
has an S-video connection, but I can't get anything to show up on the tv. The
PC plays the DVD just fine, just no output to the TV. Can anyone help?

Hi all. I'm having a problem with a bluetooth adaptor on my computer, which

Hi. is it possible to resize video files for e-mailing. My e-mail provider
only lets me send 2mb at a time. I have a power toy to shrink my photo's but
