I have a new HP Pavillion with a DVD-ROM drive and a DVD Writer. How do I make a copy of a DVD? I thought Windows Media Player would do it, but evidently I can only burn CDs. What am I missing? Help!

I recorded some video onto a JVC camcorder and am now trying to put it on the computer. I've tried to import it through Windows Media Center but it is not recognizing the video. Is there a way to transfer these videos onto my computer?

Can not find any settings to make my tv show movies i play from my pc to fullscreen format. All it does is show a black line on each side of the screen an the picture between, sort of streched out so people looks really tall:-) and long faces..
