Window XP Home eventually starts ok.
But the normal DOS and Windows screen that used to show the loading bar
scale doesn't appear and there is a blank screen with an error message that
pops up about 7 times before XP starts that says "unsupported mode" together

for a wile now windows media player has been frezzing on startup but after
about a minunit it would run fine well i diced that i wanted to make a video

I have a few videos I took on a digital camera.  Media Player will only play
the sound, but not the video.  What can I do?

whenever i insert a blank dvd to start burning i get a message saying either
the drive is busy or the disc isn't ready. i can even leave the disc in
there for half an hour but still get the same message. it reads original
dvds and some burned ones.

Ok, my nVidia GeForce 440 PCI 64Mb is shot.  But the BIOS is set to read that
card for the display.  So, when I turn the computer on, the monitor stays
