What versions of Windows support a high definition H.264 CODEC out of the
box?   To get that support under Windows XP what do I need to install?

Every DVD I try to play in Media Player Version 11  for  XP is off center
with the right side cut off. I've tried changing from full screen and the
zoom, but nothing works. Any suggestions?
Also, when I do try to use full screen, it never actually goes FULL screen,

I need to edit video files in the *.mts/m2ts file format. Windows Explorer
sees the files on one of the four Windows XP Pro/Home SP3 computers I own but
on none of the other three (on that one computer, the editing program (Magix
15) also sees the files and can edit them).
